There's no poetry in the poetry section. Personally I find this to be weird.
Why is there no poetry?

Hello, and welcome to CritterHaven! Seeing as none of the other boardies have answered your questions yet I'll take a stab at them...

There's no poetry in the poetry section because as of yet nobody has posted any. If you feel the urge to post something in there, by all means do. Writer's Corner is a relatively new section of the board and so people just haven't quite gotten around to posting stuff yet.

As for when the board was put up, June 10th of this year, 2005. On a whole the board is fairly young but we still have fun. Normally we have more active members but right now quite a few of them are dealing with RL issues and so they are MIA.

I hope I've answered your questions well enough and again, welcome to CritterHaven!

Good job Maira. I forgot when this site went up. I know it was right around the time that the KTL was having problems with the editing. Feel free to post anything anywhere. The RP is fun and often confusing, most of the creatures we create are abnormally abnormal, and not that many people are here that often.

I'm another of the boardies, so if you have any questions you can ask me or any of the others, though I have no clue how helpful any of us will be since we tend to pounce on people and eat a lot of chocolate. Oh, if you have a mind to bribe Maira, she likes pocky. ;)

Klaxx...the site is relatively new. Not that many people here are interested in writing much, or if they are, it's in RP form with a bunch of other people.

The people that are here are here mostly to keep track of animals they have created, and the animals they have bonded to... Not to write stories for people to read or poetry for people to read.

This site was not made for the purpose of posting original works of literature. It was made so that people would have a place to come and RP and have their critters for all to see without the hassle of all the other forums to worry about...

It's kind of like Satchland was for people that had a particular inclination like writing, thinking, or art. This is for people who have a bunch of critters.

I wonder if Satch is ever going to edit and say he's working on the other guilds yet. I know - and Plat can verify this - that when a forum goes down and has to be revamped before being put up again, it takes forever. Right now, anyone that was ever on Anne McCaffrey's forum is now using a temp until the old forum can be put back up. It's been about a week...

Little poem I learned over the years. Originally was "she", but "he" works just fine in this instance.
